From those small beginnings Intercoast has grown and developed to the point today where our modern fleet is a familiar sight on Australian highways delivering time-sensitive products direct to the customer’s door.

Along the way, Intercoast and its Managing Director, Tony Morfea, have developed a reputation for integrity, reliability and ethical standards few can claim to match. As a former chairman of the Australian United Fresh Transport Advisory Committee, Tony Morfea has demonstrated a genuine concern for the whole of the industry – and done something about it.

His efforts were formally recognised when he recently received the AUF Industry Sectional Award.

We have come a long way since commencing operations in 1989 and are now widely regarded as a leading national refrigerated carrier with vision and a reputation for leading the way through industry innovation and expertise.

An extensive upgrade of the company’s Information Technology systems was recently completed and has made Intercoast a leader in today’s transport and freight management IT.

Our continued growth is in no small part due to outstanding support from the fresh food business community. We thank the industry and look forward to being of service for many years to come.
